Blog in sleep mode

My local newspaper on September 15, 2010, ran feature article on me as an author, I posted the article below  … as a newbie to the digital platform. I was clueless back then to ins and outs of social media and eCommerce (still am on many levels)… I turned to my local library for help and also the local high school, to refer me to a talented student who could help me in this area … I had no money to pursue this, just a desire to do so.

Unfortunately on March 4, 2011, I was in a major car crash, which required several years of surgeries and therapies to regain an acceptable level of physical health back. This stalled my ability to pursue the writing I started in 2010 … Within the last 4 months I started to resurrect this passion, especially in the areas of spirituality, religion, miracles covered up and corruption within my local church, doing so by blogging.

In regards to this peculiar blog site, which I post on now, I will place it on “sleep mode” for a brief period of time, I will continue to blog on these blog sites  ..

A note from a movie studio that Dr. Killjoy made a "pilot" ... about my therapy sessions ... wow what a betrayal !!! see the clips below ... 

It is a good thing I am Catholic … people are used to Catholics being weird … and the hierarchy should be grateful Dr. Killjoy is not their therapist… or he would be posting about their sessions! Wow that would go viral in a New York minute!

Back to school for me tomorrow

Although I am not a fan of home schooling, I am intrigued by online school grades K-8 … such learning takes into account the child’s internal clock,  as in not starting super early and it is more flexible to the child's ability  … I have taken many online courses,  I love them! And via the internet, I can jump into any lecture series at any university in the world for free, as long as I am not matriculating  … But this semester, I am actually going back onto a college campus and taking a couple of courses … just me and all the 18 year old's … I can be the class “grandma” …

I think education is a never ending process like spirituality … you can always learn more to stretch one’s brain and pray to stretch the soul …

undisciplined mind not only breaks the rules it cannot even see rules thus it is free

To me a truly great mind is one that is not structured. Educators would call it an “undisciplined mind”  … medicine might call it a “damaged mind” … psychologists might called it a mentally unbalanced mind … I call it the mind of a child… a young child… who stills believes all things are possible … I love children and I see time and time again how our educational system, and our society rapes children of true creative thoughts … The child is forced into conformity of thinking … told this “all things possible thinking” is magically thinking … not reality … to take that a step further logically  ... faith then can only be "magically thinking"... 

Meditation when done well and often, allows the person to dismiss core believes … This takes years of repeated meditation   … as a Catholic… it is labeled “prayer and contemplation” … On this note … repeated prayer … such as the Hail Mary is nothing more than a “mantra”, given to mankind in the form of words (the rosary)  … the power of that prayer is the meditation... not the words  

Mantra’s by definition are “repeated words” said over and over again, to shut down the “thinking mind”… you say the Hail Mary long enough … you get bored with it … your thinking mind will get bored with it … and it will drift away … that is when a person can really get into the “zone” …

 If you “use the Hail Mary” correctly it is a very effective tool to reach high levels of spirituality … if you use wrongly it locks you into “human thought” … Most “Mary cults” … use the Hail Mary as a means to label the Virgin Mary as being as  powerful as her Son … she is no more powerful than you or I …she just has "absolute faith"... there is not doubt in her ... her faith is not just faith it is her "truth" ... Is faith "truth to you"... 

 (And Jesus said this in Scripture… in his words… “Who is my mother”) …. The Hail Mary if used as “background music” to lure the conscious mind to sleep is most effective …  I see the Divine Mercy Chaplet in much the same way … it is word cue … a repeated word cue (a mantra) to still the conscious mind … Chanting does the same… reading prayers or a book, even the Bible… I think is  counter productive … to still the mind… such things make the mind think more (the human mind that is) … and to get to the “zone” … the human mind/ conscious thinking and thoughts are the “enemy” …

   

Must haves in deep spirituality and mystical experiences

1)      dismissal of all human core believes

2)      dismissal of any laws of nature/science/ physics you have been taught

3)      Dismissal of any religions you have been taught … if they involve “laws attached to them” … to me the saying giving to St. Peter…. “what you bind on earth will be bound in heaven” was a warning to Peter, by Jesus … such as “beware, if you say it cannot be done, and your thinking binds it to human thought, on earth  it will not be honored in heaven and hence it will not be done”… the use of the word “bound” by Jesus when saying this to Peter… once you bind something there is a limitation placed upon it  …

The other warning to us all in regards to “binding” is within the “Our Father”… with the words “forgive us our sins as we forgive others”… Hence I absolutely believe that Peter was the “prefect Pope” none like him since … he was “normal and a family man”… and although he was pushy … I do not think he “bound anything on earth”… Peter was grounded in truth, his family/wife in poverty and in struggle

…When a man is grounded in such … they do not seek to bind anyone … clearly he came across as a man who was struggling with his own crap in life … literally called himself a sinner, remembered that he betrayed Christ and was not worthy … so he did not cloth himself with rules and dogmas which would define what worthy was …

4)      Love … must have … not as we as human beings define love …it is not emotional, touchy feeling and in self …. As in your needs … it is in the presence of the greater among us … who is God … love God first… he will teach you to love self and your “self” will teach you to love others … that is the order …

Time for a dance party

Life has been a bitch for me lately … you know how that is, everything is going wrong, you cannot catch a break  … hanging onto your faith by a thread… I need a “dance party”… when my kids were small, we would have “dance parties” in the kitchen… I did and do the same with my grandchildren … when things are down in the dump … I blast the music and it is “dance party time”…

Ah but you should not just dance when you are sad to get your energy up … dance to thank God as well … I will never forget, I was buying a new car many years ago, and a black woman was doing the same thing at the car dealership

… But this beautiful black woman showed me on that day how to thank God … she danced around her new car while she praised Jesus  … a humbling thing to see …  she had no shame in thanking the one,  who gave her the grace to buy a new car …

Now I think of Kind David who danced before the Ark of the Covenant… the ultimate dance party!     

I know life really sucks at times! And you just cannot see a way out of your problems …hang onto that last thread of faith … remember your faith only needs to be the size of a mustard seed and you can move a mountain … so hang on! I will be the one hanging on next to you …

In the meantime I hope you dance …

Do you hear what I hear?

I know someone that when they hear a crow… they say it sounds like the crow is saying “F- you”… “F- you”… so I listened to the crows one day … I mean,  I really listened and this is what I “heard”… “Thank-you, thank-you”…  

 I thought about the person who said the sound of a crow … sounds like “F-you” and I know this person is a negative type of individual, does not believe in God … and basically criticizes everything in life, one would say they are the “negative Nancy's' in life” …

How sad that even the call of a crow sounds negative to them … sad mind frame, which condemns nature itself, yet actually reflects their own thinking about the world …

Storm area 51 and nothing new under the sun

'Storm Area 51' event pushes rural Nevada county to declare emergency ....

I have been following the “storm area 51” movement on Facebook since it started… a couple of days ago I was on a college campus and spoke with a few students and a professor about my proposed, “storm the Vatican’s secret archives event”, if the storm area 51 event works out … They were all on board for it … awesome!!!! … I like it … the rally cry, they cannot stop us all! Yet it was sad to hear how negative they all were about the Catholic Church (the Church has lost that generation)...  

  … storm area 51,  has now become the “Woodstock of Aliens”… akin to the scene in the movie “Contact”… where thousands of people gathered to learn about the aliens …

 this started out as a fake event, #storm area 51… just trash talk by a young college guy, a spoof that took on a life of its own to the point the military has been warning the public, they will defend area 51 with deadly force. 

   

I have a great love for young people always have, I have volunteered or worked with many different youth or school programs, most of my life    …

I can see why Jesus loved the young…. they are so full of life … with thoughts, creativity and ideas that are both impressive and funny … they are my favorite group of people bar none … please always sit me at “the kid’s table”…  

But!!!!!   … I have to say … I was into storming area 51 back in the late 1980’s … when I first heard a radio broadcaster named ‘Art Bell”… Art Bell had the 411 on area 51 and Bob Lazaro decades ago and Art Bell had the 411 on the corruption in the Vatican decades ago, via interviewing Malachi Martin … so this is not new “news” to me … yet it is funny to see it is “new” news to college kids … 

 truly there is “nothing new under the sun” … just new ways of looking at things ... 

But  Bud light beer is sponsoring the alien event … free beer to any alien released at area 51 … and they will live stream the event!

Faith and the presence of God in the "real" world

Pictured above with my daughter is a young Dolores Catania (one of the NJ housewives) … Dolores is holding a lighted candle in her hand… we were all attending a procession in Paterson, in honor of the Virgin Mary, when this photo was taken (by me, around 1992) …

Dolores was also present during the events of 1/8/92 and witnessed firsthand hundreds of people praying before the Tabernacle at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Paterson and many claiming miracles … Dolores and her family have deep faith and I watched her grown up … get married.. Have children… I have seen her struggles in life and saw how her faith got her through them all … Her children are delights, the eldest in Veterinary school and the youngest in college…  I remember when Dolores brought them home from the hospital, after they were born … such cute kids!

Frankie the youngest when I would see him growing up, he would tell me he prayed the rosary … a practice he still does… I saw him this past Easter and he told me he will never forget “the miracle of the small statue in Our Lady of Pompeii” and with those words Frankie took his thumb and traced a Cross on my forehead and said “Thank you Mary Jo, you are a big part of my growing up” … sweet young man filled with grace …

Frankie is considered a “dream boat” a hottie by many girls and teens… he has made movies and commercials and has his photo on book jackets … but to me he will always be that little boy… Who loved to be with his “nanna”… who loved to pray the rosary, whose heart is very kind, like his mother’s heart …

People see the glamour the actor or actress has, but not the faith … many celebrities have deep faith … one that comes to mind as I type now is Bob Hope and his wife, great talent, great love of those in the military and great faith, they always contributed to religious causes … some in my own diocese …

Black hats and shelve babies

A couple of years ago I took an online hacking course… yes,  you can get anything on the internet! 

 Not that I want to become a hacker, first of all it is illegal and second I do not have the skill set, and hacking is a skill, a mad skill of sorts.

I took the course to understand the lingo of a hacker and learn how easy it is for those with a skill set and desire to hack into a data base … it is the wild west on the internet… Black hats versus the White Hats …

Now since I am a bit rogue myself at times or a Don Quixote always fighting windmills in life … I have to say ... I secretly admire many of the hackers … and I admire the network that brought to the public Wiki leaks … The Pentagon Papers and "Anonymous" … I do not believe the world is made safer by a select group of elitists within any government, corporation or a religion hiding things from the public ... I also admire the courage of whistle blowers, they are the modern day martyrs . 

AH … but I learned to hack spiritual graces years ago … I use the term “hack liberally” … and I am trying to teach you all how to hack into God’s grace … and it is all “virtual”… no need for a man made computer or a lot of bandwidth  … the Master computer was already given to you … your brain and the software is located in your heart … turn on this internal device by sitting down (like you would sit at your desk, when doing work on a computer) .. Sit in a pew before the tabernacle … or hey if you are bohemian like me … just sit on the floor next to the tabernacle … log onto to Jesus Christ Truly Present and you are good to go!  This conversation, with Jesus is also encrypted, just for you and you will learn valuable information from "the source", which can be applied to your life.    

No need to wear a Black hat or a White hat the God/man before you already wore this type of head gear for you …

Video games and the brain

 the brain cannot distinguish “virtual reality from real time” … 

the brain is interrupting what is being input into it as “real” … a “pattern of neurons are formed” and the brain is slowly rewired to see “violence” as a game or even fun …

 This constant input of violence via video games is changing the thinking and reactive brain, it is normalizing asocial behavior… hopefully for most the rational brain and the frontal lobes can stop this process …

Virtual reality is used to train athletics / airline pilots/ the military / brain damaged individuals….   why just about everywhere it is used and has been proved to be just as successful as or more so than actual real time training …

So these violent video games “are not just fun” for the ones who play them … these games are changing their brain and releasing endorphins … making “death and violence pleasurable” … is it then a leap to take such behavior into the “real world” and harm society … no it is not …

Yet most modern day families allow their very young children to play these violent video games for hours’ everyday … it is prevalent in adults as well …

..... why just last week I learned of a Catholic priest who spends his “off time” playing video games … hmmm you would think a priest would spend his “off time in prayer” and try to wire his brain for grace …

They weaponized the Eucharist

I hear many Catholics saying … so and so should not be allowed the Eucharist, they do not believe in the teachings of the church, or they do not agree with their politics …    meanwhile a pedophile priest, or a bishop that covered up such deeds just consecrated the Host … how to do you think that is sitting with God? 

Below is a photo of Michele Obama (many fundamentalist Catholics dislike her, yet these same Catholics will say “the church abuses are not so bad, it is just Satan attacking the church)…. No it is evil priests attacking / raping children, women, and seminarians, and the hierarchy covering up such deeds that is evil …

  

I am posting, the photo below to thank Michele Obama, for she was very kind to my granddaughter who is standing in front of her … Mrs. Obama knelt down to give my granddaughter a hug and a warm greeting, something my granddaughter will never forget … nor will I …. That is a kind heart of which,  we are all called to have …

And the Eucharist is not a dog treat given for good behavior or for those who think like us … the Eucharist is the True Presence of Jesus Christ and when you step between Christ and soul he seeks to save … good luck on that one when you meet Him face to face one day!

How are you representing the household you came from

When my eldest daughter was in the Oval Office of the White House meeting President George W. Bush of the United States (which she did many years ago)  or in a foreign embassy speaking to leaders of other Nations, she is on some level  a representation of the “household she came out of”, the person who “raised her”, which is me ... 

When my children were growing up I was a strict parent on many levels .. I also insisted on such things as table manners, how to properly greet someone, always remember your please and thank you... I actually sent my daughters to a course in a "finishing school" on how to stand, sit and walk properly if you were in a reception line (proper manners a must for me) ... also they were taught what forks , knives, spoons and glasses to use when eating at formal dinners ... I wanted my daughters to be well educated, well mannered and "polished"... and I remember telling them "I do not want you to embarrass me one day,  when you are sitting with the President of the United States or with a foreign leader"... I did not know back then those words would turn out be a prophecy,  for indeed that is just what they did in life ... 

We  all on some level representing the household we come out of  ... be it a good or bad home life (I marvel at those who come from a negative background and become successful) ... we are product of nature and nurture ... but some just have such inner grit to make it ... I salute you ...  

But let me speak to our "common household" from which we all stem, as children of God ...

You know you are "representing our Dad in heaven", everyday of your life ... so get out there in life and make daddy God proud of you ... if you need extra help just ask him , he will send a few of his angels to assist you ... he even sent his only begotten son to do the same ...

It is your value system and who you are as a parent (single or married) that produces successful adult children …  

  

Is society heading towards The Hunger Games?

The book series (The Hunger Games was a gigantic success) yet disturbing  … you do not have to read the book series we are living them, just walk out your door or watch the news or open a twitter or Facebook account … behold the hunger games … people devouring, the sorrows of others

Being in a “tragic attack” has become twisted fame as well … 

 They become, for the public the “children in The Hungry Games”  … socially acceptable … people being thrown into the lion’s den, by fate … as the general public watches and comments on their electronic devices and through media …

I admit, I have and had “dark personal hours” in life … but never did the pain of another help me feel better about self … it made me think … “they need help MJ… you know how it feels to be in pain and in need, they need help, try to help them” …

Are we that broken  … that we must live off others pain and suffering … and once we suck them dry, move onto another …???

Starting a new magazine

I been thinking … again … I am going to start a new magazine heightening my Best Friends “pads”  to give you an inside look at my peeps crypts’ … where they just hang out and chillax … giving you the inside scoop ..

 Photos you may never have seen before … I will start with my best friend’s place... he is a really cool dude … a man of great wealth but lives a very humble lifestyle … and funny! Wow what a sense of humor he has … you can tell this by the “company he keeps”   …

I know what you are thinking that is not Jesus Christ's real Pad !!! Come on now you think we are fools!!! ... so I ask Jesus to send a little note that I can post here to verify it is his "pad" ... so here is His note (hey He likes memes too) 

Good Gravy … spirituality is hard … not for the faint of heart

 to really get into self is a hard, scary death defying act of courage  … to take away the pretend mirror, which you always looked at yourself through and look at the reality of you  …

I am so fascinated with the science of the brain, the process and origin of thought  … the spirituality of humanity … I now know with out a doubt I can never even get close to knowing those answers without really knowing self and how those questions can be answered in my own life …

Me the “alleged mystic” … bull shit … this is a title given by those who have no freak’n clue as to what it means to be human, so how can they know what it is to be spiritual … they cannot see the seen, how can they see the unseen …

What I am is a person with a very curious mind … blunt in nature …emotionally damaged in many ways  … I am fast witted and can out talk most and out think many (not bragging just stating fact) all those traits given to me by God  … Yet I am a person so emotionally damaged at a young age my brain never allowed itself to care about formal education, it was to busy processing the environment to keep me safe …

 many priests could not deal with me … I figuratively ate them alive emotionally and theologically …  … having a broad knowledge of things (again by grace)   I took delight in verbally and psychologically slam dunking a few priests along the way, those who I knew where abusive to others or corrupt … I might still do such things to a priest who abused a child  … I  think of them as snakes and demons and as such they are fair game to be verbally or emotionally slain  …after all they had a blatant disregard for their victims ... and what I do to them here on earth is nothing what will be done to them,  by God ... 

so maybe on some level my ripping into them is a mercy ... as if to say ... as bad as she is ... she is nothing compared to what you will be given to you before the throne of God ... so fess up and sin no more (not just in a confessional but to the public)  you wicked hierarchy... compensate your victims ... sell everything  you have and give to the poor,  which at this point is all of us ... for you made a mockery of our faith!  

Spirituality is not becoming a doormat to others and it is not to remain silent while others suffer and are hurt  ... spirituality is the direct opposite ... you defend the poor, the injured, the abused and you call out the abusers ... Hey Jesus did ...

Jul 12, 2019 · A mysterious Facebook event, called “Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us,” and over 475,000 alien-hunters have already sent in their RSVP for the Friday, September 20 flash mob. Area 51, of course, is the site of many alien conspiracy theories, and residents around Rachel, Nevada have reported strange goings-on in the skies.

Yeah ... storm area 51 and get a butt full of bullets !!! The military said they will defend the property ... by any means and they have scary weapons 

But I have an idea let's Storm the Vatican secret archives ... Below are the guys who defend the Vatican ... I think we can take them! 
We can just throw a bucket of water at them and they will rust in their armor ... or perhaps we can just invite them to a costume party or a local club ... I hear there are a lot of gay clubs/ bars around the Vatican ...  

 You know there is supposed to be some weird stuff stored in those Vatican archives ... from ancient Scriptures to time machines ... But I did manage to snare a "leaked photo" from these archives ... I purchased it on eBay think it is real??? 😉

Dark humor in literature and James Joyce style

Dark humor, in literature, drama, and film, grotesque or morbid humor is used to express the absurdity, insensitivity, paradox, and cruelty of the modern world…

My goal for all my Blogs and my eBooks is to make you think, first about God and who really represents Him on this planet (the answer is you)   and how you can connect to a “higher self” and have peace in your heart for only through the individual’s inner peace will peace come to this planet… Peace is not a negotiated human deal … true peace is only spread by you doing so from your heart … 

The power to save the planet is located within … connect to God from within .. Pray... Fast … get “right with God”… ask Him to send you peace. Then spread that peace to others …

Years ago my word smith said “I write like James Joyce”… I flip from one writing style to another and I have a total disregard for the “rules of grammar and style” he is right I do …I flip back and forth from the serious to the absurd (like life does to us all) … I am at times the small child … who stands there and says “you are not the Boss of me!”   … I truly believe that in life… we were created in freedom and love by a God is not a fan of rules himself … and of a God who is the King of paradox … He showed us this by sending His own Son to this planet to teach us and save us …

I also think “truth matters” so I am truthful in my writings about my own flaws and failures …

Last week I had my writings/ memes/ and audio tapes viewed and evaluated by a Professor in a local college... He laughed and said … WOW you are “YouTube ready”  this Professor went on to say  he did not think such style and wit could come from someone over the age of 35 and my capacity to be transparent and forthright was impressive and current  … hmmm I think on some level that might have been a “micro-aggression”…

This school has an impressive telecommunication center and I was invited to come there and use their facilities any time and they would teach me how to produce online videos … “film” and film editing and eCommerce... 

To hit a larger market. If I do this I will be putting my Blogs on “sleep mode” in September … The youth is our future and they have so much grace and talent, I love being around them … To be able to sit, listen and learn from them,  where they are “at” in their thinking .. this will help me in character and grace as well …

There is an App for that

I downloaded an App on my iPhone… it counts my steps and the miles I walk everyday... then it generates a bar graph for each day of the month.  I preset the App to amount of steps I want to walk everyday …

 I try to walk between 4,000 and 10,000 steps per day (2 to 5 miles a day) … If I am lazy and do not walk my preset amount of steps on any given day, my bar graph will flash red …ugh I feel like such a loser on those days …

 I am in competition with myself … I try to beat myself everyday as to how far I walked… So it is me versus me …

This is how your spirituality should be … do not pit yourself against someone else’s spirituality, thinking you might be better or you might be worse… it does not matter leave them alone… 

worry about how far you are walking in God’s grace everyday not your neighbor … download a prayer App in your mind and remember to pray every day …try to pray longer and longer everyday …

It is time to collect your nuts

Wow I just realized the title of this post can go several ways … well the nuts to which I am referring to now … are the type Squirrels are collecting this time of year …

I squirrel watch as they run around the yard collecting acorns and such to store for the winter months… it seems each squirrel has their own technique as to how to store their “nuts” …

I have to say some do not seem to be too bright … some will dig a hole in the ground and bury a nut there … now I know when the heavy snow hits that little dude is not going to be able to get to that nut !!!  …

 I want to scream out the window … DUDE poor choice of nut storing … make a nest off the ground and store it there... Or find a hallow tree and place those nuts inside it dude …

OK … now I think of Scripture and where and how to store your treasures … “your nuts of grace that is” …

 Now is the time for you to be storing up graces... grab a nut called “compassion”… pick up 

another one called “charity”… 

and wow the biggest nut of all… pick up Love … Love of God… Love of self and Love of neighbor … you can make it through the coldest/ snowiest winter if you do this
